General Rules:
The Focus & Flow Prize Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 am (PT) on May 20, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PT) on June 5, 2021 (the “Entry Deadline”).
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the following countries.

UNITED STATES
Eligibility:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Asana, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Asana”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning.
Prizes:
One (1) Focus & Flow goodies box (coloring book, colored pencils, water bottle, stickers, book, and facial mist) to (5) randomly selected registrants of Asana’s Focus & Flow Summit scheduled to occur on June 9, 2021 (“Asana’s Focus & Flow Summit”).
How to Enter:
Eligible persons will be entered automatically when they register to attend Asana’s Focus & Flow Summit INCLUDING providing a valid email address at which to reach them. Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Asana is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
Prize Drawing:
Within three (3) business days following the Entry Deadline, potential prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these rules, the selected potential winners will be declared the official winners of the Sweepstakes. Selected potential winners need not be present to win.
Notification:
Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided during registration and given instructions to claim the prize. Any failure of a winner to accept the prize will result in forfeiture of the prize. In the event that a potential winner forfeits or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Prize Restrictions:
Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. Asana is not nor will be obligated to replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes related to the prize, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded unless there are insufficient qualifying entries for this Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Asana reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners release Asana and its employees, directors, officers, agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.

Winner’s List:
To obtain a list of winners (available approximately forty-five (45) days after the Entry Deadline), you must send a request for the list of winners, including the sweepstakes name, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Asana Customer Survey Sweepstakes Winners, Asana, Inc., 1550 Bryant Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103” by no later than six (6) months following the Entry Deadline.
