May 8, 6:00 – 7:00 PM (UTC)
Join this small group discussion, facilitated by Asana Ambassador Louisa Acevedo-Castro, to talk about advanced workflows in Asana. What if we ran our internal operations like a product — with intentional systems, user feed.
Join us for our lively Community Roundtables – a fantastic opportunity to dive deep and discuss the ins and outs of using Asana with fellow enthusiasts! Limited to just 30 participants, these intimate sessions are perfect for exchanging insights, sharing tips, and uncovering best practices in a friendly, engaging, and safe environment. We encourage you to come ready to engage, connect, and make meaningful conversations. So, turn on your camera, bring your questions and ideas, and get ready to make some new Asana acquaintances.
This roundtable is hosted by an Asana Ambassador, who will have access to the registration list. By registering for this event, you give permission for them to reach out to you regarding the event. They will not reach out to you about topics outside of event logistics. Additionally, these roundtable conversations should be considered a 'safe space', meaning other Ambassadors might share things like their workspace configurations, screenshare or share screenshots of their Asana instance, or discuss things that should not be shared outside of the roundtable event. We want this to be a place where Ambassadors can have real and authentic conversations with one another, and even share their screens and their Asana workspaces, so please refrain from taking screenshots or sharing these anecdotes and examples outside of the event.
Treating operations like a product means more than just processes — it’s about building systems that adapt, scale, and serve your people. In this interactive roundtable, we’ll explore how teams are applying product-thinking to internal workflows: prioritizing the right problems, improving user experience (yes, your team is your user!), and iterating over time.
We’re gathering to learn from each other:
✅ If you’re already doing this — bring your real-world examples and lessons learned
💡 If you’re curious — come see what this mindset can unlock
This is a collaborative space to ask questions, swap strategies, and leave with new ideas for how operations can lead the way.
