About this event

Build brain-friendly ways of working that reduce hidden friction, lower mental load, and make everyday work easier to manage.

Some work can look simple on paper and still take far more energy than expected. For neurodivergent professionals, unclear tasks, competing priorities, interruptions, workload, environment, and changing capacity can all make everyday work harder to manage.

Join neurodivergent coach Kevin Bailey, founder of Go Beyond Knowing, for a practical session on using simple design-thinking ideas to build ways of working that fit your brain, your capacity, and the conditions around you.

You’ll learn:

  • How to identify friction points that make work harder to start, keep going, or finish.

  • Ways to structure tasks, routines, and your environment to protect focus and reduce cognitive load.

  • How to build brain-friendly systems that support follow-through without relying on urgency, masking, or burnout.

You’ll leave with practical ideas you can test right away to make meaningful work easier to start, manage, and finish.

About Master Minds: Neurodivergent Professionals Community

Master Mind: Neurodivergent Professionals is a webinar series for neurodivergent professionals who are ready to get organized for good. Did you know that one in five people are neurodivergent? If you’ve ever felt that ADHD, autism, dyslexia, or other forms of neurodivergence have made navigating the workplace challenging, this is for you. It’s time to move past just getting by and start thriving at work!

Traditional productivity advice doesn't work for the neurodivergent brain. Our community goal is simple: by working with your brain we'll have less chaos and clearer priorities.

Who Should Join
