Consult for You is a 60 minute workshop training, offered through the Asana for Nonprofits Accelerator program. Our A4N accelerator program was launched in support of our partnership with NetHope and in honor of our shared commitment to scaling the nonprofit sector’s capacity for good, through technology and digital innovation.

If your team manages deadline driven projects, processes or initiatives, like fundraising campaigns or grant lifecycles that you know you'll do more than once, then this free virtual workshop training is for you.  This workshop will show you how to streamline processes in Asana, to save time and scale your team's capacity to do even more good!

What we’ll have in store:

By attending this workshop training, you’ll learn how to:

1. Standardize and streamline a successfully completed action plan project to avoid needing to start from scratch the next time you plan on launching it again, while trusting your data in the process;
2. Manage multiple projects to scale the deployment of more than one action plan at once;
3. Communicate your team’s progress by sharing updates and data your stakeholders need to see to stay up to date.

How to make the most of our time:

We strongly encourage you to prepare by taking part in Asana for Nonprofits’(A4N) Bootcamp #2. Whether you’re an Asana beginner or know your way around, this self-guided training will empower you to ramp up the impact of your team with ease and at your own pace. 

This resource builds upon lessons shared in A4N Bootcamp #1, which teaches you how to create a deadline driven action plan used to manage work with your nonprofit's program partners. Level up your Asana skills with Bootcamp #2, and learn how to templatize an action plan you've successfully completed, so that you're able to launch it again in the future, up to 50% faster!
