Navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent professional can feel like a complex puzzle full of unspoken rules and expectations. Without clear boundaries, the risk of burnout and overwhelm can become all too real. This session is designed to help neurodivergent professionals to reclaim their energy, set effective boundaries, and foster authentic collaboration at work.

Jinny Park (she/her), a seasoned Lead Data Scientist and workplace coach, will share her no-nonsense strategies for boundary setting that work in any professional environment. With her practical insights and actionable advice, you’ll gain the confidence to create a workspace where you can thrive.
