About this event

Struggling to keep up with a flood of emails and constant notifications? For neurodivergent professionals, an email inbox can quickly spiral into an overwhelming mess, making it hard to stay organized and focused. This panel will share the stories from other successful neurodivergent professionals to help you take control of your inbox, reduce mental overload, and create sustainable systems that work for you.

You’ll learn:

  • Practical strategies to declutter your inbox and set up an easy-to-maintain email system.
  • How filters, labels, and automation can cut down on mental overwhelm.
  • The skills to turn emails into action with project management tools like Asana.

By the end of this session, you'll walk away ways to make your inbox work for you, not against.
