This workshop is inspired by the impact WCS's Conservation Technology team realized, by managing their work with Asana.  Our goal is to help impact driven organizations get on track to see similar results, with attendees confident they can achieve the same.

• To learn how the Conservation Technology team drove global impact with Asana, read their customer story or watch a recording of our webinar co-hosted with NetHope, featuring Jonathan Palmer, executive director of Conservation Technology at WCS.

What we'll have in store:

During the first hour of our interactive training, you'll learn how to:

• Create an action plan that captures and organizes deadline driven work that needs to be done;
• Manage stakeholders effectively by having a centralized location for program partners to access, view and stay up to date with- knowing who is doing what by when and;
• Communicate your team's progress, by sharing updates and data program partner stakeholders need to see.

The final 30 minutes is reserved for questions and a training to join Asana Together's Ambassadors program, which supports those looking to deepen their Asana expertise join our vibrant community of changemakers!
