Morgan DeBaun

Morgan DeBaun is the Founder & CEO of Blavity Inc., the leading media company for Black culture and millennials. Since launching Blavity Inc. in 2014, Morgan has led the company to successfully acquire Travel Noire, a travel platform for Black millennials and Shadow And Act, a Black entertainment news site. Under her leadership, Blavity has launched several leading consumer summits including Summit 21 for Black women creators and AfroTech, the largest tech conference for Black innovators and founders. While scaling the company, Morgan has raised venture funding from top Silicon Valley venture firms such as GV and Comcast. Morgan is an angel investor, St. Louis native and a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
Dr. Sahar Yousef
UC Berkeley
Sahar Yousef is a cognitive neuroscientist and a lecturer at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Her 10-plus years of research on “making superhumans” sheds light on how to improve focus, memory, and overall human performance in as little as six weeks. Outside of the academic world, Yousef is the founder and managing director of Becoming Superhuman, a productivity training and consulting firm which teaches busy professionals how to get their most important work done, in less time, with less stress. Her work has been featured in Forbes and Business Insider.
Dr. Michael Gervais
As a sport and performance psychologist, Dr. Michael Gervais is one of the world’s leading experts on the relationship between the mind and elite performance. Over the course of a 20-year career working with world class performers and organizations, Dr. Gervais has developed a framework for the mental skills and practices that allow athletes to thrive in pressure-packed environments. Gervais’ influence can be felt across many touchpoints of popular culture. His clients include the Seattle Seahawks, world record holders, Olympians, internationally acclaimed music artists, Fortune 50 CEO’s and MVPs from every major sport.Dr. Gervais is the host of the popular Finding Mastery podcast that explores the psychology of the world’s most extraordinary thinkers and doers. Dr. Gervais created an online master class for the mind and co-authored the recently released Audible Original, Compete to Create, about how to train the mind.
Rasha Harvey is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Asana, based in New York City. As an Enterprise CSM, Rasha works with Asana’s strategic customers on a wide range of product adoption and champion development initiatives. Prior to joining Asana in August 2019, Rasha worked for financial services and technology companies, including Barclays, Bloomberg, and Zenefits. He also led the 2018-2019 San Francisco Civil Grand Jury, the youngest person to lead the city’s government watchdog body. Originally from Nashville, Rasha studied at Bowdoin College and the London School of Economics.
Dana Barrett
Asana
Dana Barrett is the Head of Product Marketing at Asana. A veteran product marketer in both consumer and B2B technology, Dana leads the product marketing team at Asana, working closely with product and sales to drive the company's go-to-market strategy. Prior to joining Asana, Dana led Operations and Product Marketing teams at Google and Facebook, and spent her early career at McKinsey & Company and Merrill Lynch. Dana has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
