At Blinkist, Therese has built a lean and collaborative process that allows her team to move quickly when producing new video creatives and iterations, primarily for paid social marketing. With a broad range of experience prior to this role, she is now a versatile, multi-faceted marketer.
As an IT consultant I focus on how companies and teams can transform their way of working using the technologies available to us. I assist them in their journey to craft collaborative workspaces, which I see as key for firms not only to leverage creativity and innovation but also to translate ideas into actions and ultimately into concrete results. Having a background in innovation and creativity research and having worked with clients across various industries, I was able to gain a comprehensive understanding of team collaboration - and of what may or may not work to generate great ideas and great results.
I am a firm believer and practitioner of continuous improvement. Throughout my professional career this trait has been the dominating pattern of my actions. In this regard I also strive for continuous learning as an ongoing activity in my personal and professional life.
