About this event
About The Event
Asana Ambassador & City Event Leader Shawnee Leonard is kicking off a fireside chat series that is based on Asana’s 2021 Anatomy of Work Index report. The Anatomy of Work Index Report is an in-depth analysis into how people spend time at work and the factors shaping those habits. June's fireside chat - we'll be leading a discussion on work environment preferences, pain points that organizations are experiencing while having to work remotely due to the pandemic, productivity barriers, burnout, imposter syndrome and more. We'll also discuss ways you can implement Asana to overcome those pain points. Speakers will be announced soon!

Juli James
Stoke Coworking
Juli James hit the market the same year as the iconic video game Space Invaders. From there, she and video games grew up together. Juli was a journalism nerd in high school. She followed that sensibility into her professional life, starting as an Army broadcaster and then working in digital media and marketing communications in her early career. Juli didn’t bring video games to work until graduate school. A class, The Persuasive Power of Video Games, changed the trajectory of her life and career. Since that class, Juli has unlocked the Video Game Designer achievement. She created the curriculum used at Arizona State University to teach journalists game design. After winning a Knight Foundation Prototype Fund grant, Juli made a no-code app game design app for educators. Since then, her other achievements include Educator, Entrepreneur, Co-Founder, and Innovator.
Today, Juli puts her experience and skills to work supporting strategy, social impact, and education innovation for entrepreneurs in Denton, Texas.

Now, Dima is most curious about the topics of presence, happiness at work, and superpowers.
