About this event

You probably already have tools and techniques you’ve been using to plan and manage your team's work. In this in-person training, we'll show you how to do this more efficiently and effectively with basic workflows in Asana.

You’ll see how to move time-bound work, ongoing processes, and reference projects into Asana. In this in-person workshop, Come learn how to build effective projects and processes in Asana to get your team’s work structured and organized.

  • Project creators

In this in-person workshop, you’ll learn:

  • What a workflow is and the building blocks you’ll use to create workflows in Asana
  • Common project types and best practices for setting them up
  • How to customize projects to make them specific to your team
  • How to save time by linking work with specific features

This in-person workshop focuses on Asana Premium and Business features, which you’ll be able to test drive during the session, and is designed for people who are familiar with the basics of Asana. If you’re just getting started, we recommend attending the Getting started with Asana in-person workshop first.

This free 2 hour training is part 2 of 4 of the Asana Together World Tour, a series of highly engaging and interactive learning opportunities designed for you and your team. Get ready to collaborate live, ask questions, and learn directly from our team at Asana.

How to find us:

  • The WeWork Kings Place location is at 90, York Way, N1 9AG, next door to The Guardian offices
  • Once in the lobby, head to your right to check in with the building security team
  • Once past the security gates, walk to the lifts: the WeWork is on the 7th floor
  • On the 7th floor, the Asana Community team will check you in at the entrance and show you to the classroom!
