Francesca is a member of Asana's Global Community team since August 2019. Before joining Asana, she has spent 9 years at Facebook in teams supporting customers and communities. Her last role at Facebook was on the Instagram Global Community team, managing content for Instagram's six international channels featuring community stories, and as Community manager for the Italian market. Francesca studied Communication Sciences at the University of Milan, and earned her MBA in Cinema, television and multimedia production at the University of Bologna.
In her free time she isn't afraid to experiment in the kitchen and plans her next home improvement projects in Asana.
