We’re kicking off with a keynote from Francesco D’Alessio (Tool Finder & Stacks), then Marquis will host an expert panel with Asana'a VP of Design (Manesh John), Fellow (CEO Aydin Mirzaee and team), Asana expert Bastien Siebman,  and the Cirface crew. We’ll open with a keynote on the shift from copilots to agentic systems, then roll into an expert panel, hands-on workshops, and an interactive session with live Asana audits.

He’ll share how teams can design workflows that cut noise, connect tools, and free up space for higher-value work.
3:45 PM	Expert Panel: AI at Work	Industry leaders discuss how AI is reshaping the way teams work and collaborate. They will discuss real ways they are seeing AI at Work today in teams.

5:00 PM	The Coolest Things You can Do with AI Studio	Bastien Siebman, Asana expert at iDO, will showcase the most creative and practical ways to put AI Studio to work. From automating complex processes to designing agentic workflows that adapt in real time, this session will spark ideas you can take straight into your own Asana setup. Expect a mix of smart hacks, live examples, and inspiration for what’s possible when AI goes beyond the basics.
5:30 PM	Unlocking Meeting Productivity with AI	Join Ashley Wood, VP of Product Marketing at Fellow, and a Fellow Product Manager for an interactive demo of Fellow, the most secure AI meeting notetaker. You’ll discover how Fellow automates note-taking, creates accurate summaries, and keeps all your meeting context in one secure place, while syncing action items directly to Asana so nothing slips through the cracks. Ashley will walk you through real-world use cases and the Asana integration in action, while our Product Manager will be on hand to answer all your questions about meeting workflows, AI security, and how to make every meeting count.

7:45 PM	AI-Powered Ticketing in Asana	Maggie Falardeau, Strategic Solutions Engineer at Cirface, will walk through an AI-validated ticketing workflow in Asana, demonstrating how AI can enhance ticket management, improve request routing, and streamline resolution processes.
8:30 PM	Closing Remarks & Prize Announcements	Marquis Murray wraps up the event, shares closing thoughts, and announces the competition winners.
