Rachel Rosin is the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing Operations at Glassdoor. She is responsible for the development of the Glassdoor for Employers website and creating a cohesive digital presence. She is also a key player in developing team processes and timelines for campaign operations. She works as a strategic partner to the marketing team to ensure every campaign is launched on time and success can be measured. Rachel is a self-professed Marketing MacGyver because she always finds a way to get the job done.

Eric Edelson is the CEO of Fireclay Tile. Since 2009, Eric has overseen all aspects of the Company and is charged with setting the strategic direction and managing the leadership team. During his time, Fireclay has grown from 20 to 150 team members and increased revenue 14x. Eric previously spent time at nuun and in Lehman Brothers’ Healthcare Venture Capital group. Eric has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business ('07) and a BA in Neuroscience from Amherst College.

Lian has a deep background in architecture, but now is a Creative Producer on the Airbnb Environments team. The team is responsible for the design of Airbnb office spaces worldwide, as well as informing product development. Lian focuses on creating the conditions for success for the Environments designers and designs. She has a passion for process, and believes that systems of operation should be as elegant as the products they produce.
