You're invited to an exclusive event designed for Product Management and Design leaders.
In this session, we’ll share how a small, cross‑functional team inside Asana has been building a net‑new product using a very different way of working than the company’s status quo, and why that difference matters.
Rather than centering process on decks, approvals, and design‑system checklists, at Asana, we’ve leaned into a tighter, faster, opinionated workflow: high‑trust collaboration, clear ownership (1 “coach” instead of 6 competing captains), and heavy use of AI‑powered tooling and prototypes to reduce toil and keep us close to the actual work medium.
We’ll talk candidly about what changed for us (including reapproaching IC work after years in management), and the concrete outcomes we’ve seen in speed, quality, and morale.
We’ll then connect this to where product work is headed: engineers already have tools that understand their medium; soon, every discipline will. We’ll show how the new product we’re building is informed by this learning loop and how you can adopt similar ways of working today, even without our tool.
